Optometry Practice
Madeira Optical is a Cincinnati family optometrist's office and optical shop with a large selection of eyewear, sunglasses and contact lenses.
Dr. Pence & Kritzer's scope of practice encompasses comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations. Our doctors manage pediatric through senior vision care, including diagnosis, treatment and co-management of eye diseases.
Optical Shop
Madeira Optical offers a large selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses. You may notice that many of the collections at Madeira Optical are by actual eyewear designers and not licensed brands. While we do like and stock some designer licensed eyeglasses, we have found that the mix of quality materials, eyewear design and price is better with designers whose primary business is eyewear.
There are many well known eyewear designers, including Modo, Lindberg, Lafont Paris, Maui Jim Sunglasses, Prodesign and Silhouette Rimless. Other eyewear designers like Ogi and SALT Optics are exciting discovery brands. Zeal Optics is a fantastic polarized sunglass line that offers prescription lenses at a great price point. Our commitment is to finding the best eyewear and to sell it for a fair price, regardless of whose name is on the temple.
